Listing your cards for sale to other members is FREE, however a fee of $3.99 per card is charged only when your cards sell. This fee carries our guarantee to the buyer that the balance and other information given on the cards is 100% accurate. This gives you greater potential to sell your cards faster than anywhere else on the web while giving your customers a worry-free shopping experience! 10. WHAT IS FAST CASH?
We will buy your gift card from you at 60% to 80% of the card's current value depending on the merchant and providing that they appear on our preferred list. You will receive a check within 2 to 3 business days from the time we receive your cards. We will accept new cards as well as cards that have been partially tendered and no longer carry their initial balance, however please note that we will pay only for cards that do not expire. Some gift cards must be used within a certain time from the date of purchase and these cards are not eligible for Fast Cash. Click on the "Sell" tab and select the Fast Cash option.
11. HOW DO I SWAP A GIFT CARD AT GIFTCARDSWAPPING.COM?
You have several options for swapping gift cards including searching for particular retail categories or individual merchants. There are many combinations of swapping available as well. For instance, if you have a card with a high value, you may swap it for several cards of lesser value. The opposite works too, you can swap several of your smaller cards for one big one! Of course, you can swap with only one other person per transaction. You may choose to swap for uneven value cards, but this obviously must be acceptable to the person with the lesser value cards. 15. HOW DO YOU OFFER YOUR GUARANTEE?
All gift cards that are bought, sold and swapped among GiftCardSwapping.com members are routed directly through us for verification of the card's information.
16. CAN I CHANGE MY POSTINGS AT ANY TIME?
They're your postings, so you can change them any time you like! Just log on and click on "Swap" at the home page. On the Swap page click on "My Gift Cards" to display the cards you have posted on the site. Selecting an individual card will bring up its information along with Edit and Delete options on the right side. You may delete the card form the site or change your asking price of a card, edit the balance on a card if you've used it since it was first posted or even change the cards you're willing to swap for. Basically, you may change anything you like!
17. HOW LONG WILL MY POSTINGS APPEAR ON THE SITE?
Your posted cards will remain indefinitely unless there is no activity on your postings for 90 days. After 90 days of inactivity, we will send you an e-mail reminding you of your posting. If it remains inactive a further 30 days, it will be removed. In order to remain active, a user needs only to log on and access their postings.
18. HOW ARE GIFT CARDS EXCHANGED BETWEEN MEMBERS?
Each party fills out an on-line form providing us with information on the cards being swapped, bought or sold. This form MUST be printed and mailed along with the gift cards to our P.O. box so that we know from whom the card is coming and to whom the card is going. From there, we verify the cards and send them along to their new owners.
